Behavioral Consultation Grounded in Science and Humanity
When behavior is impacting learning, relationships, or daily routines, it’s often a sign that a child needs different supports, not more consequences.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), my work is rooted in evidence-based practices while remaining deeply human, collaborative, and individualized. I believe behavior is communication, and when we understand what a child is communicating, meaningful change becomes possible.
My approach is
Strength-based and child-centered – We build on what’s already working.
Collaborative – Families and educators are essential members of the team.
Ethical and compassionate – Respect, dignity, and assent are the cornerstones of meaningful change.
Practical – Strategies must fit your child, your routines, and your family.
